I love animals!   Love 'em... Love 'em... Love 'em...

I am what is known as an armchair naturalist.   I know so many facts, about so many different critters, that I could write a dozen books.   In fact, I went to school to become a marine biologist, but made the mistake of... yep... you got it... Da Da  Da  Da  Da Da,  seeing a certain shark movie that literally changed my life.  <sigh>

So I have contented myself with learning everything I can by reading, watching science programs and volunteering at every kind of shelter I can.   Unfortunately, I wind up bringing more critters home than rehabilitating, so Jonathon put his foot down.   No more bringing home the babies.

But animals are the best.   They  never judge you and are are always there for you.   All they have to do is look at you with those big eyes, and you're are putty in their hands.   And why not?   You are the best of friends.
