Colin Firth was born in Grayshott, Hampshire, England.  Firth's name is pronounced very similarly to the Old English word collenferhð, meaning pride.

Despite widespread admiration for his performances, it was only with the 1995 BBC television adaptation of Pride and Prejudice that Firth gained wider renown.

In a 2006 interview with French magazine, Madame Figaro, Firth was asked "Quelles sont les femmes de votre vie?" (Who are the women in your life?). Firth replied: "Ma mère, ma femme et Jane Austen" (My mother, my wife and Jane Austen).

Heath Ledger was born in Perth, Western Australia, the son of Sally Ledger Bell (née Ramshaw), a French teacher, and Kim Ledger, a race car driver and mining engineer. 

Ledger received "Best Actor of 2005" awards from both the New York Film Critics Circle and the San Francisco Film Critics Circle for his acclaimed performance in Brokeback Mountain, in which he plays Wyoming ranch hand Ennis Del Mar, who has a love affair with aspiring rodeo rider Jack Twist, played by Jake Gyllenhaal.

On January 22, 2008, Ledger was found dead in his fourth-floor apartment at 421 Broome Street in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City.

Will Smith was born Willard Christopher Smith Jr on September 25th, 1968 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He attended Overbrook High School in Winfield Pennsylvania, which is where he soon became known to his friends as “The Prince,” for his charming antics.  Little did he know that this nickname would still have meaning over 30 years later.

Brenden Fraser demonstrated his ability to play an action hero role in the action adventure horror film The Mummy (1999) where he played adventurer Richard "Rick" O'Connell who was modeled on Indiana Jones. He reprised the role in the sequel The Mummy Returns (2001). Both films were huge box office hits. In 2000 he starred in the comedy film Bedazzled, a remake of the 1967 film of the same name. He has starred in two films based off of Jay Ward creations, George of the Jungle and Dudley Do-Right although he did not reprise his role in the former's sequel. In 2004 he appeared in the Academy Award-winning film Crash. He has also made guest appearances on the television shows Scrubs, King of the Hill, and The Simpsons.

Boreanaz was born in Buffalo, New York and grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where his father, Dave Roberts (born David Thomas Boreanaz), is a weatherperson for WPVI-TV; his mother, Patti Boreanaz, is a travel agent. He is of Czech and Italian descent.  He was cast in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, after being spotted by a producer whilst walking his dog. In the cult series, he played the mysterious Angel, a vampire with a soul. The show became enormously successful and Boreanaz starred in a spin-off series, Angel, which gave the character a chance to evolve and concentrated on Angel's battle for redemption. He appeared on Buffy from 1997 to 1999, at which point he began starring in Angel, which ran until 2004. Totalling all of his appearances on Buffy & Angel, including guest appearances, Boreanaz has the distinction of having appeared in the most episodes of the 2 series by a significant margin.

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (born 25 August 1930) is a Scottish actor and producer who is perhaps best known as the first actor to portray James Bond in cinema, starring in seven Bond films.  In 1987 he won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. Sir Sean Connery was knighted by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in July 2000.   He was cast as the first cinematic James Bond in Dr. No in 1962. He won the role over Cary Grant, Rex Harrison, Trevor Howard, Patrick McGoohan and Roger Moore, even though Ian Fleming was quoted as saying, "He [Connery] is not exactly what I envisioned" as the fictional British agent . However, the film was a success, which led to 3 more Bond films in the next 5 years.

Johnny Depp's status as a major star was solidified with the success of the 2003 Walt Disney Pictures film Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, for which his lead performance as the suave pirate Captain Jack Sparrow was highly praised. The performance was initially received negatively by the studio bosses who saw the film, but the character became popular with the movie-going public; in 2006, Depp's co-star from the sequel to Pirates of the Caribbean, Bill Nighy, described the role as probably being "one of the most popular performances of recent times."The film's director, Gore Verbinski, has said that Depp's Jack Sparrow character closely resembles Depp's own personality, although Depp himself said that he modelled the character after Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richard.  Depp, who has noted that he was "surprised" and "touched" at the positive reception given to the film, was nominated for an Academy Award for the role. In 2004, he was again nominated for a Best Actor Oscar, this time for playing Scottish author J. M. Barrie in the film Finding Neverland. Depp next starred as Willy Wonka in the 2005 film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, which was a major success at the box office.

Christopher Douglas (born August 29, 1969 in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA) is an actor, best known for roles on the soap operas One Life to Live as Dylan Moody (1994-1997), The Young and the Restless as Sean Bridges (2001), and Passions as Antonio Lopez-Fitzgerald (2001-2004).

After starring in the movies Assault on Devil's Island (1997) and Playing Mona Lisa (2000), he took some time off to compete in rodeos throughout Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho, also working ranches in Wyoming and Arizona.

Enjoys spending time with his horses in Montana as well as archery, hiking, canoeing, fishing, photography and other outdoor activities that keep him in touch with nature.
